Adjustable Black M20 Post Holder - Extremely Strong

This black painted post holder from Wovar is made of galvanised steel and is extremely strong. Black Adjustable M20 Post Base

The elegant, black post holder consists of three parts. A steel plate of 120 x 120 x 50 mm (L x W x H) with an M20 screw thread, a coupling nut 100 mm for M20 bolts, and a steel plate of 160 x 160 x 50 mm (L x W x H) with M20 screw thread. 

The mounting holes in the post base have a diameter of 10 mm. We, therefore, recommend using our M10 coach screws for attaching the adjustable column feet. To prevent your posts from splitting, our advice is to pre-drill the mounting holes with a 7 mm hardwood drill.

The minimum height of this post holder is 16 cm and the maximum height is 20 cm. However, to maintain good stability, we recommend that you do not set the post base higher than 18 cm. Additionally, the center to center distance of the mounting holes in the top plate is 85 mm, and 125 mm in the bottom plate. 

Attaching a Black Adjustable Post Holder

When you are going to anchor the adjustable post holder in concrete, you also need nylon plugs 12 x 60 mm. Use a hammer drill 12 x 160 mm to drill the holes and drill the holes in the desired location. Then press the nylon plugs into the mounting holes and tighten the studs. 

Tip: Use our M10 washers for a higher clamping range of your post holder.
