Galvanised steel is known for its strength and corrosion resistance. The function of the angle bracket is to strengthen corner connections. The angle bracket consists of two 100 mm faces angled upwards at 45° and is 35 mm wide. 1. Preparation
Make sure you have all the necessary materials and tools. These are the angle bracket, screws, a drill, tape measure, Carpenter's pencil and 3 mm wood drill bits for pre-drilling. For the 16 5 mm mounting holes, it's best to use 4 mm chipboard screws and for the 4 11 mm holes, it's best to use 8 mm wafer head screws.
2. Location
Exactly determine the location where the angle bracket should be installed. You may want to use a tape measure for this.
3. Markings
Mark the positions of the mounting holes using your Carpenter's pencil on the Surface area where the angle bracket will be Securing.

4. Pre-drilling
.Pre-drill at the marked location using the 3 mm wood drill bit. Always use a drill bit that is smaller than the size screws you are using.
5. Securing
Place the angle bracket in the correct position over the drilled holes.Use the 4 mm chipboard screws and the 8 mm wafer head screws to securely fasten the angle bracket to the surface area. Make sure the screws are tightened securely.
6. Checking
After securing, check that the angle bracket is firmly and securely fixed. If necessary, give it one last check using a spirit level to check that the angle bracket is still at the correct angle.
