    Angle brackets 45° 50 x 50 x 35 mm

If you are looking for a strong angle anchor, then the 45° Angle brackets 45° with dimensions of 50 x 50 x 35 mm might be for you. Our Angle brackets 45° with dimensions of 50 x 50 x 35 mm are made of Galvanised Steel, making it extra strong and corrosion resistant. The Angle bracket's function is to strengthen corner connections between beams, girders, or other structural elements. With a specific angle of 45°, the angle bracket can be used effectively in situations where a sloping angle is required. This is common in sloping roofs, stairs, or other construction applications where a sloping angle is crucial for proper construction. Our Angle bracket has a total width of 35 mm and also consists of two 50 mm faces and is angled upwards at 45°. The angle bracket is also equipped with 8 mounting holes with a size of 5 mm and 2 mounting holes with a size of 11 mm.

    Mounting Angle brackets 45°

Before you start installing the Angle brackets 45°, you will need some supplies. These include a drill, tape measure, Carpenter's pencil, 3 mm wood drill bits and screws. In this case, it would be best to use 4 mm chipboard screws, as the mounting holes are 5 mm in size. Also, the angle bracket has 2 mounting holes of 11 mm for this it is best to use 8 mm wafer head screws

    Positioning

    • Measure and mark the desired location for the angle bracket using the tape measure and Carpenter's pencil.

    Predrill

    • Use the 3 mm wood drill bits to pre-drill at the marked locations. You do this to prevent the wood from splitting.

    Mounting

    • Place the angle bracket in the correct position over the drilled holes.
Use the 4 mm chipboard screws to securely fasten the angle bracket to the surface area. Ensure that the screws are tightened securely.

    Check

    • Check after securing the angle bracket that it is securely and safely mounted.
