Black Stainless Steel 95 cm Flex Fence Louver Frames for the Garden - 2-Piece Set

This flex fence is made of stainless steel, which protects the rails against rusting and makes them suitable for outdoor use. This model is 95 cm long. Is this too long? Installing a louver frame

Installing a louver frame is fairly straightforward. Wovar's flex fence louver frames can be installed in various ways and have a myriad of applications. Depending on how you are going to use them, you can install the rails horizontally or vertically. Louvered shutters or shades for your windows, a wind screen, or louvered fence panels, the possibilities are endless. 

The set contains two rails of 95 cm and the necessary mounting material. In short, this is how you install a flex fence. First, determine where on the post you want the rail. Next, attach the rail to the post with the long screws that come with the flex fence. Measure the distance between the rails and cut the wood to size. Keep in mind that the wooden boards cannot be longer than 180 cm. Finally, use the short screws to attach the wood to the rails. Make sure to secure them all in the same position, this gives the best result.

Note: On arrival, the louver frames may seem to be a little loose. This is because you can decide yourself how easy or hard you want the opening and closing of the slats to be. You can do this by tightening the locknut in the U-profile of the Flex Fence with a pipe wrench. The tighter you fasten the nut, the harder it is for the slats to turn. Do this before installing the boards, as they will block access to the locknut.
