Installing Wall Rails

Simply mount the wall rails to your wall, using our chipboard screws. These Galvanised screws are extremely strong but relatively small in size. Mounting on wood is possible without other means. We recommend pre-drilling with hardwood to prevent splitting and jamming. Mounting in stone requires a little more effort. To do this, use the screws together with nylon plugs. You place the plug into the wall, in a hole that you have made. Wovar has various concrete drills available for this. For Galvanised screws, 4.5 x 50 take a nylon plug 6 x 30 mm. This is because the wall rails are provided with 5 mm wide screw holes. You drill a 6 mm plug with a 6 mm concrete drill. You can pre-drill a screw 4.5 with a 3 mm hardwood drill.

Versatile Cabinet Shelf Brackets

These double rails are widely used together with shelf support brackets. The F-brackets are specially made for these rails, to form an F-rail system together. You can use this to make your own wardrobe, for example. Place the rails on the inside of the cabinet, after which you slide the shelf brackets into the rails. Then place a shelf on top of the shelf supports, after which the F-rail system is ready for use. F-track systems are unique in their kind because you can adjust the shelves at any time. These white rails are approximately 1.5 meters long, so you can choose many different heights. Just pay attention to the correct width, so that it matches your shelf supports.
