Roll drawer runners 250 mm White

Our drawer runners are 250 mm long and have a thickness of 1.2 mm. They are made of steel and finished with a creamy white finish. The maximum extension length of these drawer runners is 191 mm and the maximum load-bearing capacity is 25 kg. See also Figure 2 for all other dimensions.

This set of drawer slides consists of two drawer runners and two drawer rails and comes without fasteners. We therefore recommend using and ordering our chipboard screws Galvanised 4.2 x 16 mm for this purpose.

When using chipboard screws, there is also no need to pre-drill holes. This is because these screws have a Cutting point that prevents splitting of wood.

Is your drawer (cabinet) made of Hardwood? Then it is wise to pre-drill the holes with a 3 mm hardwood drill bits. This will prevent the wood from splitting and make it easier for the screws to turn.

Installing a drawer runner

Keep in mind that to install this roller drawer runner, you need an installation space (this is the space between the frame and the drawer) of 12.5 mm. It is also important to make sure that the surface area you install the guide on is always straight. We therefore recommend using a spirit level for this.

Step 1: Install the drawer runners (with the wheel at the back) against the bottom and sides of the drawer.
Step 2: Then secure the drawer runners (with the wheel at the front) parallel to the inside of the cabinet.
