Make your own drawers with virtually silent closure with Wovar's drawer runners! These drawer runners feature a ball bearing cage with small balls, allowing you to slide your drawers in and out with increased precision and speed. 

Ball bearing drawer runners 450 mm

This set of drawer runners consists of two drawer runners and two drawer rails 450 mm long and 45.5 mm high. This makes these ball bearing drawer runners suitable for drawers 450 mm deep. In addition, these drawer runners have a maximum extension length of 457 mm and load capacity of approximately 40 kg. 

Further, these drawer runners and rails excluding fasteners are supplied. We therefore recommend ordering our chipboard screws Galvanised 3 x 16 mm with them. By the way, these screws have the advantage that you do not need to pre-drill any holes either. You can easily screw the screws into the wood with a torx screwdriver with TX10 drive or a drill with a TX10 bit. Then we recommend pre-drilling. This will prevent the wood from splitting. Use our hardwood drill bits 2 mm.

Fixing the guide rails

Step 1: Pull out the guides completely.
Step 2: At the back of the inner rail you will now see a Black lever. Push this upwards to remove the rail from the guides.
Step 3: Now install the drawer runners at the desired height on the inside of the cupboard.
Step 4: Install the loose rail to your drawer, at the height of the drawer runners on your cupboard.
Step 5: Now slide the drawer with the drawer rails back into the drawer runners.

Please make sure that the drawer and drawer runners are always mounted straight. We therefore recommend using a spirit level for this. Are you a landscaper or do you have a construction company?
