Wovar's White Roller drawer runners 550 mm are ideal drawer runners for your desk, cabinet or sideboard. Roll drawer runners 550 mm white

This set of drawer runners are made of high-quality Steel and are finished with a creamy-white finish. In addition, the drawer slides feature durable and noiseless Nylon rollers.

The drawer slides are 550 mm long, 1.2 mm thick, have a pull-out length of 437 mm and a maximum load capacity of 25 kg. For other dimensions, please refer to Figure 2. 

When ordering, a set of drawer runners and drawer rails will be sent to your home. It comes without assembly material. For fastening, we therefore recommend using our chipboard screws Galvanised 4.2 x 16 mm and ordering these immediately. 

The sharp cutting point of the chipboard screws will prevent the wood from splitting. As a result, you do not need to pre-drill screw holes. However, this does not apply to Hardwood. If your drawer or cabinet is made of Hardwood, we recommend pre-drilling the holes. This prevents possible splitting of the wood. Use our 2 mm hardwood drill bits for this purpose. This is the space between the frame and the drawers. In the case of these drawer slides, this is 12.5 mm on both sides. See Figure 3 for additional information.

For smooth movement of your drawers, it is also important that the Surface area to which you secure the drawer slides is Straight. We therefore recommend using a spirit level during assembly. Don't have a spirit level yet? Then you can find it in our category measuring tools.

Step 1: Installing the drawer runners (with the wheel at the back) against the bottom and sides of the drawer.
Step 2: Then attach the drawer runners (with the wheel at the front) parallel to the inside of the cabinet.
