Drawer runners Push-to-Open 300 mm Ball bearing drawer runners - Per Set

Drawer runners from Wovar have a maximum pull-out length of 300 mm and a load capacity of around 40 kilos. The guides have a precise and almost silent sliding movement. The slides are made of Galvanised Steel. They come in a set of two, one for the left side and one for the right side of the drawer. Ball bearing drawer runners can be used for cupboard drawers, kitchen drawers and sideboard drawers. But of course also for all kinds of other drawers.

Mounting Manual of Drawer Runners

This manual applies to all drawer runners purchased from us. Two requirements before starting installation are that: It is essential that these runners are installed flawlessly parallel and that the cabinet is built at right angles with straight corners and tight walls or drawers.

There are two ways you can install the drawer runners. In the first way, you install the drawer runners between the drawers and the wall of the cabinet. If you install them in the second way, the drawer runners are mounted flat on the bottom.

Please note: if you mount the drawer runners flat on the bottom, the runner will only have 40% of the specified load-bearing capacity.

The drawer runners consist of two parts: the drawer part and the cabinet part. Drawer runners can be installed in two ways. Before you start installing, it is important to separate the drawer part and the cabinet part by pushing the Black clip upwards and pulling the guide apart. Now you can start installing. Here is a short step-by-step guide to the best way to do this.

1. The first step is to secure the casing section against the casing wall. Make sure it is perfectly straight on both sides. Important here is that the guide should be mounted two millimetres from the front.
2. Now install the drawer part on the outside of the drawers. As with the front of the cupboard section, the guide must also be mounted two millimetres from the front of the drawer section.
3. Slide the two sections together, making sure that you do this perfectly straight to avoid damage.

Important: drawers and drawer runners must always be mounted straight. We recommend using a spirit level.
