These galvanised flathead roller nails on roll are suitable for almost all types of tackers with a 15-degree Warehouse. Roller nails are also called flat head nails, ring nails and facade nails. These galvanised nails on roll with a flat head are mainly used for installing facade cladding. Some examples are Red Cedar, Pine and Spruce gunwale boards and Swedish rebate. The galvanised roll nails are not suitable for tannic wood types, such as Douglas fir and larch.
.The ring nails have a ring wire, which ensures that the nails adhere into the wood up to 5 times better than smooth nails. In fact, the wood will fill in the grooves, making this screw a very reliable fastener. The flat head of this nail is approximately 5.6 mm wide. The roll has a total of 200 nails.
Fixing flathead ring nails
.Wovar's flathead roller nails can be secured quickly and easily with a tacker. When choosing the right ring nail, bear in mind that you should always choose a nail that is at least 2.5 times the length of the board's thickness. That is; is your board 20 mm thick? Then choose a rolling nail of at least 50 mm. In addition, it is good to remember that 1 nail per board is sufficient if the board has a maximum width of 90 mm. If the board is wider than 90 mm, you can place 2 nails one above the other in the board.
Finally, please be aware that Wood is a natural material and can therefore work with temperature fluctuations. Therefore, do not place the nail too tightly so that the board will not split if it starts to work.
Please be aware that wood is a natural material and can therefore change in temperature.
