    Flathead Nails Galvanised - 2.3-2.5 x 50 mm - Roll 200 pieces

Are you starting work on facade cladding and looking for a suitable roller nail for your tacker? Then you have come to the right place at Wovar. Wovar offers a wide range of ring nails, including this flat-head rolling nail 2.3-2.5 x 50 mm. With this ring nail, you can quickly and easily install gunwale boards or other wall cladding with a maximum thickness of 20 mm. The Galvanised steel this nail consists of is extremely strong and ensures a very solid fastening. The 5.6 mm wide flat head ensures a wide bearing surface and therefore a high load-bearing capacity.

Flat head roller nails galvanised 50 mm

These galvanised roller nails are suitable for almost all types of drum and air tackers with a 15-degree rolling angle. Roller nails are also called ring nails because of the ringed pin. This shank ensures that the nails fix into wood up to 5 times more firmly than ordinary smooth nails. A roll of flat-head roller nails contains 200 nails.

    .

Installing the nails is very easy. Choose the right size nail in advance by taking at least 2.5 times the thickness of the boards to be Securing. So if your plank is 20 mm thick, take a nail at least 50 mm long. If you are using boards up to 90 mm wide, 1 nail per board is sufficient. If the width exceeds 90 mm, we recommend shooting at least 2 nails one above the other.

Please note! When working with tannic wood, such as Douglas fir, we recommend using A4 stainless steel nails. Galvanised steel in combination with tannic acid will cause the wood to bleed, causing unsightly black spots in the wood. Wood types such as Red Cedar, Pine and Spruce can be used in combination with galvanised nails. For all Stainless steel and Galvanised nails, see our complete range of nails.
