This way you can easily place 12 x 12, 14 x 14, and 15 x 15 cm thick posts in concrete. The rod that belongs to this elevated post base has a diameter of 24 mm and is adjustable in height up to a maximum of 10 cm. 

Installing an Elevated Post Base

The installation of the elevated post base is easy because you place it directly in a hole that is filled with quick concrete. If all goes well, the anchor is already stuck after 15 minutes. Please note that it is only taxable after 2 hours, though. This way you can still place your fence nicely level on an uneven surface, for example. The elevated post base can also bear up to 1750 kg of downward pressure. The mounting holes in the plate are 9.5 mm wide. You can use our own M8 coach screws or 8 x 80 construction lag screws for mounting. You can find both products among the corresponding products. In hardwood, you need to pre-drill with a hardwood drill, after which you can easily drive the screws into the wood. You can also add this easily to your order.
