The post extension bracket is made of strong Galvanised steel. This zinc layer also ensures that the bracket does not rust. Additionally, this bracket has 43 mounting holes, of which 41 with a diameter of 4 mm and two with a diameter of 8 mm. Furthermore, this post extension bracket is suitable for beams with a size of 6.3 x 17.5 cm and is easy to install using screw nails.

Connecting Wooden Beams

You can easily connect wooden beams yourself using this post extension bracket. By nailing 2 beams in the bracket you make one long beam. You can of course saw the beam exactly to size afterwards. It is most convenient to first mount the bracket on 1 beam. Do this with the narrow opening up and make sure the beam reaches the center of the bracket. The other half is for the other beam. Nail the bracket to the top. Then place the second beam and now nail both beams to the sides. Turn the whole thing over and provide the mounting holes with nails there too.
