Hammer Fixings
Hammer fixings are widely used for mounting beams to walls and are hammered in place. Wovar supplies hammer fixings with a thickness of 6, 8, and 10 mm. The 10 mm thick hammer fixings are also called hammer plugs. These are suitable for mounting heavy beams. You can mount slats with the 6.0 mm thick hammer fixings, for example. Previously, expansion bolts were often used for this. Hammer fixings make mounting beams to walls a lot easier. Wovar hammer fixings have a Torx or cross-head drive. This is fitted for dismantling the hammer fixings.
In addition to hammer fixings, wovar also offers concrete screws without fixings and frame fixings!
Companies in the construction and gardening sector benefit from an extra discount with a business account. Do you want to screw a wooden beam to your facade? With these impact plugs, you can easily mount 5x10 or 5x15 cm beams for a carport or polycarbonate extension. For heavier beams, we recommend using our frame screws or beam plug set.
Are hammer fixings not quite what you are looking for? Take a look at our express nails, nylon plugs, or hollow wall plugs. Do you need an extremely strong anchor? Then we recommend our anchor bolts!
