How do I mount pergola wall connectors for 9 x 9 cm posts?

To drill into the wall, order our SDS-plus hammer drill 12 x 160 mm. First you place the pergola wall connector in the desired location and mark the mounting holes on the wall. Then drill a hole 70 mm deep and fill it with plugs 12 x 60 mm. You can now anchor the wall connectors with 8x70 mm coach screws. These lag screws have a hexagon head SW-13. You tighten these bolts using our 13 mm socket wrench.

For a nice tight end result it is wise to pre-drill the wooden beams. This ensures that the coach screws are screwed straight into the wood and that the head of the screws connect tightly to the wall connectors. With hardwood it is necessary to pre-drill. You use our hardwood drill bit 6.0 mm thick for this.
