Security locks SKG lock with 2 stars PC72 Straight - Per piece

Protect your Exterior Doors properly against burglary with this SKG approved lock. The mortise lock for front doors has a 2-star CE Certificate and combined with our SKG-approved cylinder locks provides optimal security and burglar resistance. This door lock features a Straight Stainless steel front plate, giving it high durability and longevity. Because the latch bolt is reversible, the lock can be used for both left- and right-handed doors. The PZ size of this security lock is 72 mm, which is the centre-to-centre distance between the hole of the door handle and the profile cylinder. Make sure at all times that your security hardware has the same PZ size as the security lock!

Security lock installation

Installing the security lock is child's play. First of all, you determine whether you need a Straight or Rounded faceplate, you can see this at the front of your door. In most cases, this already has either an old lock or a rebate milled in. Besides the shape, the size of the slot is also important; the front plate of this SKG-approved mortise lock is 25 x 238 mm. Wovar also sells the Rounded variant for PZ 72, you will find this in our security locks range. You then place the mortise lock in the rebate and secure it with suitable screws in the top and bottom hole.
