You can easily slide these F-brackets into the wall rail. After this, give a small tap on the top of the bracket, after which it is fixed in the wall rail. Now you have made an F-Rail System for shelves. The shelf supports have a point on the end, which allows you to place a shelf without screws. Choose a shelf with the same width as the shelf support brackets which you clicked into the wall rails.
