The hooks come all the way into the wall rail, after which you push the end of the bracket down into it. The F-bracket then hooks itself to the wall rail, after which it is firmly fixed. If the F-bracket still has a lot of wiggle room, you can tap the end down with your hand or a rubber mallet.
