Soft-close drawer runners 350 mm ball bearing drawer runners - Per Set

With these drawer runners with soft-close mechanism, you can easily make your own drawers that gently pull themselves shut when you close them. In addition, the so-called ball cage with balls ensures that your drawers slide in and out smoothly and almost noiselessly. 

This set of drawer runners 350 mm long and 45.5 mm high. This makes them suitable for drawers 350 mm deep. Furthermore, the drawer rails have a maximum pull-out length of 350 mm and a load capacity of about 40 kg. 

Soft-Close Drawer Runner 350 mm

This set of ball drawer runners with soft-close closure consists of two drawer runners and two drawer rails. We recommend to order screws yourself.

We therefore recommend using our chipboard screws Galvanised 3 x 16 mm. Due to the razor-sharp cutting point of these screws, you can easily screw them into the wood with a Torx screwdriver TX10 or TX10 bit in combination with a drill.

Tip: Is your drawer (cabinet) made of Hardwood? Then we recommend pre-drilling just to be sure. This prevents the wood from splitting. Use our hardwood drill bits 2 mm.

Mounting Soft-Close drawer tracks

Step 1: Pull out the tracks completely.
Step 2: At the back of the inner track you will see a Black lever. Push this upwards to remove the rail from the guides.
Step 3: Now install the drawer runners at the desired height on the inside of the cupboard.
Step 4: Install the loose rail to your drawer, at the height of the drawer runners on your cupboard.
Step 5: Please now slide the drawer with the drawer rails back into the drawer runners.

Please make sure that the drawer and drawer runners are always mounted straight. We therefore recommend using a spirit level for this. In addition, it is important that the space between the drawer and the frame is at least 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm wider than the thickness of the guide.
