Fixing Aviary Mesh

For securing aviary mesh, it is best to use u-nails. A bent nail with 2 sharp ends. To secure aviary mesh, hammer the staple firmly over the mesh into a Wood post. At Wovar, we recommend securing the mesh securely by hammering at least 1 staple into all sections of mesh. Make sure the wire staples are firmly hammered into the wood. Then your aviary mesh will be both sturdy and permanently secured.

You could additionally use rivets and secure them with rivet pliers and metal drill bits. This is especially useful if you want to stretch aviary netting on metal structures. You then drill holes at various places in the metal construction and tension the aviary mesh with rivets.
